鹦鹉热衣原体肺炎无特征性临床表现,当患者有接触史、肝酶异常、中枢神经系统改变时,需警惕该病。在病原诊断方面,由于分离培养困难,血清学敏感性及特异性偏低,PCR疾病早期敏感性高,但检测可及性差,mNGS为新型、快速病原学诊断方法。一线治疗推荐使用四环素类抗生素,对于重症患者,尤其是有肺外重要脏器受累时,需考虑两药或三药联合,口服调整为静脉给药。早期诊断并及时调整治疗,患者预后良好。
